Berry Smoothie Bowl
Smoothie base:
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 frozen banana
¼ cup milk (calcium fortified)
Ice cubes to thicken
Toppings:
Any fresh fruit (banana, kiwifruit, blueberries, raspberries)
2Tbsp Granola / muesli / oats
1Tsp Chia seeds
1Tbsp Coconut flakes
1. Add all smoothie base ingredients, except ice, to your blender and mix well.
2. Add 2-3 ice cubes at a time and blend until you reach a smooth, thick, consistency.
3. Pour into a bowl and top with your desired toppings!
