Chia pudding

Chia pudding

An easy and yummy sweet snack or dessert!

Ingredients:

1 cup of milk (any type)

1/4 cup of chia seeds

1/4 cup frozen berries

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Additional toppings if desired: shredded coconut / nuts / fresh fruit / plain yoghurt / low sugar muesli

Method:

  1. Mix ingredients together in a cup, mug, or bowl

  2. Leave in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4-6 hours

  3. When ready to serve, add any additional toppings and enjoy!
