Instant PB and Chocolate Chunk Ice Cream

3 x frozen bananas

2Tbsp peanut butter

¼ cup milk (any type)

1tsp maple syrup

50g dark chocolate chopped into chunks

 

1. Add and blend all ingredients except the chocolate chunks.

2. Once smooth and thick, stir in chocolate chunks.

3. For the creamiest results, eat straight away!  Otherwise transfer to a small dish and freeze to eat later.
